JOB DESCRIPTION
•    To prepare dossier, documents as well as to liaise with the competent authorities in order to apply for, amend, renew, supplement and/or extend permits/registrations/notifications in relation to the Company’s activities: Truyen hinh an vien, truyen hinh mat dat
•    To draft, review, advise, assist in negotiation of the contracts to be signed between the Company and its partners proposed by Company’s departments (e.g., Content, IT, Technical, Commerce, Customer Care, lap dat truyen hinh k+, lap truyen hinh an vien PR-Marketing, Finance, HR departments, etc.); advise on settlement and follow up, coordinate and deal with legal issues arising out of the performance of the signed contracts.
•    To make legal researches, advise, give opinion/proposal on legal issues arising in connection with the Company’s operation; to guide the implementation of the procedures, formalities in accordance with the law provisions relating to the Company’s activities; to update the Company with the law provisions newly issued/to be issued which affect/tend to affect the Company’s activities.
•    To assist in drafting and reviewing correspondences and exchanges of the Company, Company’s members and Members’ Council; to carry out other tasks as may be required by Legal Director/Manager from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
•    University graduate in law. 
•    Experiences in media, television industry is a plus. At least 7 working experience years in legal consultancy relating to investment and enterprises’ operation is a must.
•    Strong skill of document drafting and Microsoft Office application 
•    Reliable, team work spirit and can work independently and under pressure
•    Good communication skills, patient, careful, hard working, able to manage tasks.
•    Fluent Vietnamese - English spoken and written
•    Well organized and efficient
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Good teamwork spirit, Independent working

SALARY: To be discussed during the interview.
